1-Night “Premium” Package at Château Ladausse
Package Includes (per person):

• 1 Night (double occupancy) in large private suite with ensuite bathroom

• 1 standard breakfast

• 1 gourmet dinner with 4-Courses, including amuse bouche

• 1/2 bottle of Champagne for your arrival, at dinner, or whenever you would like!

 Please add a supplement of 75€ for single occupancy.

Notes:  

1. Non-alcoholic beverages are also available.

2. Transportation services are not included but available to/from train stations or airport at a supplement..

3. Lunches are not included.
   

Standard Breakfast:  Viennoiserie and bread du jour served with home made confiture, French butter, and honey.  Drinks include coffee, cappuccino, espresso, hot chocolate, tea or infusion and orange juice. Other items include Greek yoghurt and homemade nut granola, fruit smoothies or fresh seasonal fruits (from the orchard if available).

Example of a 4-Course Menu:

Amuse bouches du soir: It could be mini choux puffs stuffed with dill cream and smoked trout, toast with crème de poivron rouge fumé, chorizo, or mini bowl of locally harvested roasted and spiced hazelnuts.

Entrée (2nd Course): 
Grilled eggplant, avocado, tahini sauce and pine nuts.

Plat (3rd Course):
Tomahawk steak, purée de pomme de terre façon Robuchon, millefeuille de légumes, red wine sauce --- OR --- Filet de bar, espuma d’hollandaise, mousseline de carottes and other legumes du jour. (Two options are shown to provide an example of a non-meat choice; only one option served.)

Fromage (4th Course):
Cabécou chaud, salade d’endives
Warmed local goat cheese, endive salad

Dessert (5th Course):
Entremet chocolat, glace maison fruit de la passion
Layered chocolat dessert, house made passion fruit ice cream
