Main Course: Chicken breast stuffed with freshly prepared pesto, mozzarella and roasted pepper; Vegetable dish called Tian de Légumes with all the flavors of Provence (tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant, thyme - see photo), Saffron-yoghurt sauce (because when it's this hot, who doesn't want the sauce to be cool & refreshing?!).
Dessert: Clafoutis (cherry flan).
